- JioTunes activation — a small number of requests are taking up to 10 minutes to settle on some circles. Retrying immediately can queue duplicates; wait and refresh from MyJio instead.
- Downloads on Android 7 — download queues may pause while the app is backgrounded. Keep the app open until the queue completes.
- Catalogue refreshes — tracks leave the service when a licence ends, which can remove a saved download without warning. This is licensing, not an outage.

This page tracks the platform surfaces described in our guides and is refreshed whenever a known issue is confirmed. For account-level problems — billing, a missing subscription, playback on your specific handset — use the in-app Help section or the official help centre, since those require access to your account.
