The short version
This is an informational website about the JioSaavn music app. It does not require an account, does not ask for personal details, and does not process payments. There is nothing to sign up for.
Information we collect
Standard server logs are recorded when a page is requested: the page address, the referring page, a truncated IP address, browser and device type, and the time of the request. These logs are used to fix broken links and understand which guides people actually read.
If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply. We do not add addresses to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent contact details.
Cookies and third parties
Fonts and icon files are served from public content delivery networks, which receive the request for those assets. Embedded analytics, if enabled, are configured without cross-site tracking. Outbound links to app stores and to the official JioSaavn service open third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can block third-party requests with a browser extension or content blocker and the site will still work. To have a support email deleted, write to hello@jioisaavn.com and it will be removed within 30 days.
Children
The site is written for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
